I am a long time user of CEBible by SLSoftware (http://www.slsoftware.com) CEBible is a great bible app, and works on all of my Pocket PC's...until I started using WM2003.
CEBible doesn't work on a WM2003 device, so my new, upgraded 5455 and my 1945 don't have a bible app anymore.
I tried contacting the author, Lloyd Shelby, but he hasn't returned my e-mail, or even acknowledged it. I'm starting to wonder if he's still around...
In case he isn't, does anyone know of a GOOD bible app for WM2003? I'm willing to spend a little if the app is good enough.
Thanks for your help and replies.
Kind Regards,

I haven't got WM2003 (yet) but I believe PocketBible from Laridian works on that.
Apart from not having seen it work on WM2003 with my own eyes I can recommend it in every other regard. I use it all the time, switching between NSRV, the Message and several excellent commentaries.
Somewhere on PocketPCPassion there is a monster thread discussing the relative merits of PPC Bibles which might be worth looking at.

I can't speak to whether it works on WM2003 or not, but I CAN say that I really like PocketBible by Laridian! The ClearType font is wonderful, and the searches are pretty easy to navigate as well.

I am using Laridian PocketBible under WM2003 and I can say that it works just fine. In fact, since I switched to 2003, I have noticed faster indexing and searches.
I have also not had any problems with where my books are installed. I have had them in RAM, on my SD card, and on my microdrive, none of them have given me any problems.
IMHO, PocketBible is the way to go... Cleartype, multiple books, the support, and choices of texts is unmatched.

The Yanceyware free reader is great, and you can download the King James version (with color maps) for free here:

Thanks, everyone!
I decided to give Laridian Pocket Bible a shot, since it was so very affordable, and they had a number of free bible translations available (like most of the ones I had with CEBible). PB runs very well on my 5455.
Thanks again for all your help!

If it isn't too late, you can check out the Olive Tree Bible Reader (http://www.olivetree.com). It works with WM2003 and it's free. I use it, and it's quite handy, although it doesn't quite match up with Pocket Bible.
