I am looking to get one but can't find any indepth reviews. Seems great from the description, but would love to hear any impressions. Maybe I'll write a review if I get it.

I have one here that I've never opened, but am planning on selling in the Great Sell-Off of 2003 (date DBA).

Or add it to the "Big Thinker" contest?

I used it on my old 3800. It never seemed to charge when I was using it, but if the device was off it trickle charged. Haven't tried it on my 5455 yet.

If you want to sell it now, PM me with a price, otherwise will probably order from Proporta tonight. I will even throw in a review for the site! Do you have the battery charger attachment also?

I bought one back in the day when they were new for my iPAQ 3850. I didn't work because of some specific charging requirement of the iPAQ. I ended up buying this one:
http://www.expansys.com/product.asp?code=SOLPPACK1
...which does work, is much smaller, and has internal battery storage.
Oh, just noticed that it's discontinued. Sorry about that. But heads up about the iSun and the iPAQ's charging requirements.

I think Ipaqs are picky about their charge. I have a AA powered universal external charger and it even says that you have to use alkaline batteries for Ipaqs while others take rechargables because the ipaqs are really picky about voltage.
