I have my 2215 and I save some of my pocket word docs on my SD card. I can look at them through File Explorer, but I CANNOT open them through Microsoft Pocket Word. When I hit MSWORD, and then OPEN, then I hit ALL FOLDERS, and I browse through untill I see the folder I want, which is My Documents, (on SD CARD) but when I tap that, it goes back to ALL FOLDERS. This is really frustrating because I know its there, it wont open that folder!!!

Give this a look:

BTW, you might want to try a more appropriate subject line next time - listing off your hardware isn't related to the issue. ;-)

Thanks Jason,

Next time I will create a better Subject line, although I wanted to create a subject line that will lure people into reading my post! Ohwell.

My problem now is:

I have a folder in My Documents on internal memory called Schoolwork. In that folder is another folder called Social Studies. I cannot access Social Studies, it doesnt show up!

If memory serves, Pocket Word can only drill down one folder in My Documents - it's an old and insanely frustrating limitation, and there's no way around it that I know of. You'll have to do Schoolwork - Social Studies, Schoolwork - Math, etc. in the My Documents root folder.

Hello. I have been suffering from the same limitations as I have my school folder and history inside.

Here is your ultimate answer:

I bought TextMaker and it solves this problem. Looks in any folder you want, it could be 10 folders deep.
