I thought the OQO (http://www.oqo.com) was totally DOA as a product...even if the web site managed to maintain an existence.
But this link (http://www.asiacomputerweekly.com/acw_ViewArt.cfm?Artid=21029&catid=1&subcat=4) to an article in Asia Computer Weekly suggests that might not be the case. And even goes so far as to suggest there may be as many as 5 other companies working on similar devices.
If this potential platform is still being actively R&D'd, I'm a little surprised that Paul Allen's Vulcan Mini PC (http://minipc.vulcan.com/default.asp) page doesn't have any 'News' newer than the Jan '03 stuff that made the rounds back then.
