:? I just purchased an iPAQ and don't know what I'm doing.
Is there an easy way of converting the address book from Palm into PPC?
Thanks
Sync your Palm with Outlook, then do the same with your new handheld.

Not sure how it works now, but when I had a Palm, they included Pocket Mirror (http://www.chapura.com/) for syncing with Outlook. If they still do it, it should be on the CD that came with your Palm. Once sync'd with Outlook, the rest is easy...

The key being "having the CD". Pocket Mirror is provided with the CD but is not in the downloaded version of the software. To get Pocket Mirror otherwise you have to buy it and Palms won't sync with Outlook without it. (And we complain about Active Sync :D )
I was lucky when I needed to do this a while ago. I had lost my Palm CD but knew someone who had just got a Zire for a gift, so I could borrow the CD. For at least one person, the Zire saved the day.
