I'm using dBpowerAMP to convert my music to ogg so I can store it on my 512 MB CF card to play on my H2215. I'm wondering what are the suggested best settings.

I want to keep the files fairly small so 64 kbit is perfect, but what would be best? VBR? CBR? or ABR? What about the frequency? And what about "volume normalize"?

Definitely stay with the VBR settings. For an approximate 64kbps equivalent, use the quality setting of 0 (at least, this is how it's set up in CDex and the official Ogg Vorbis encoders...) Volume normalization is up to you -- if you have some quiet albums (especially old ones, without the standard volumes), you can turn it on.
