Not sure what is happening with my 3850. Have used two email accounts 1. is my activsync account that syncs with my outlook account on my desktop. The other is a pop3 account.

Now all of a sudden when I connect to my pop3 account my new messages are routed to my activsync inbox....how can I stop this? :cry:

there are a couple things you can do.

1. you can delete the mail services you have & recreate them.

2. you can do #1 & also delete the partnership(s) you have defined for your 3800, & recreate them.

3. you can hard reset the device & start from scratch.

I would go from top to bottom & see which one resolved the issue. I have had similar issues with my 5455, & have hard reset it to resolve the problem.

That started happening to me a few days ago for no apparant reason. I deleted the pop3 service and then recreated it, that solved the problem. Probably never find out what caused it :)

Thanks guys, I tried No 1 from your list Chris and it worked a treat....nice to know the problem was not just the result of my incompetence! :lol:
