Does anyone else have to soft reset after inserting their CF WiFi card? I receive an error stating that the card is not found; thus, requiring a soft reset. Of course, I am still using the PPP 2002 drivers.

I haven't had that problem. Are you using the drivers from the CD, or the updated non-WM2003 drivers from their web site. I really have been extremely pleased with this set up. I remove the card and put it back in all the time with no error.

I'm using the drivers from the CD, not the Web site. Should I upgrade to the PPC2002 drivers on their Web site? I didn't know there was a difference!

I have the DCF-660W card that works on the 2215.

Here are a few steps that should work for you.

Remove the card. Do a remove programs and remove any prior install of the drivers. Do a soft reset. Download the Pocket PC 2002 drivers located here.

Install the drivers. Do a soft reset. Insert the card. Under Settings/System, click the DCF-660W icon and set the network ssid, etc. You may also want to create and save a profile with your settings.

That should be it. After that, inserting the card should automatically connect with your network.

I had the same problem with the drivers on the CD. Just follow gry's instructions and it'll work great.

Well, after a hard reset and download from their Web site, it seems to work. However, the power save mode seems as if it is non-responsive. Oh well, at least I don't have to soft reset now.

If you don't mind me asking, what caused your hard reset? Was it due to loading the new drivers? I didn't have that happen, just kind of curious.
Thanks
