Ok, here is another one of my "Is it already out there?" questions (Hope you're not too sick of them).
CNet had an article today on their avantgo channel (and presumably on cnet.com) about cell phone call recording. The author mentioned that one way around possible legal issues would be for cell providers to put a disclaimer before a message that basically said "This call may be recorded". This got me thinking: Is there any way to play a WAV file to the other person through the pocket pc phone editions? I can think of various uses - from putting a call on hold with music to playing an automated disclaimer before answering a call you may wish to record.
Is it out there? In any form? Is it possible?
