Registry hacks for the S3

This isn't specifically a Pocket PC question, but I would appreciate the Forum's assistance, nevertheless.

I've managed to get my hands on an NTT (NEC) Sigmarion III http://www.nttdocomo.co.jp/info/products/sigmarion3/style/index.html (a handheld PC that runs Windows CE .Net 4.2).

As you may have guessed from the link, the menus and O/S are set to use Japanese. I wondered if anyone had any ideas as to how to make a registry change so that it would use English, and not Japanese, menus. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You need an English ROM image - the ROM image you have probably doesn't have two languages (if it's like every other Windows CE device I've seen). It's not like Windows XP where you can just select a different language - you need to buy it in the language you want to use it in. Unless of course you can find another user with the same device, only in English, and copy his ROM image.
