Activesync problems...

For a while, Activesync is working incorrectly when synchronizing files. I am using the latest version of 3.7 downloaded from MS site.

Every time I synchronize I get the dialog 'Confirm or Replace' that tells you this is the first time this type of information has been synchronized with this computer, and gives you the option to combine, replace or do not sync.

If I choose combine or replace, it processes all the files and at the end stays (forever) doing a loop of '1 of XX items completed' - '0 of XX items completed'. XX can be 2, 57 or whatever. Just repeating over and over with no completion... :(

Any tips on what might be causing this and how I can solve it?

I found the problem...thought I'd post my results. the problem is from activesync's conversion of office files. in my case, I found that I had 7 identical doc and psw files. I deleted the doc files in the ppc my docs folder on my computer, and all was well.
