Laptop to 5550 wireless connection

I have a new WiFi enabled laptop and an iPAQ 5550 that I want to connect. I enabled the wireless networking on the laptop - switched on the 5550 expecting it to start a connection wizard (which it didn't) and so manually configured the 5550 wireless. They are now connecting. However I can get any internet connection back through the laptop. - I keep getting a message on the 5550, when I open the Internat Explorer saying I need to change my settings. When I'm connecting wirelessly back through a laptop what should the connection settings on the iPAQ be?

You guessed it - new to wireless. No problems with Bluetooth though!

Connection wizard? HA! Too easy. You have to sacrifice hours of your life to get this stuff working, you know... ;)

Try setting WORK, WORK and WORK in connection settings. That should allow internet passthru to work ok. Works fine for me...being on MSN Messenger on the PPC around the home really is quite cool. The range is OK - better than I expected.
