Yes. :D Prolink (http://www.prolink.com.tw/english/products/PDA/FM203.htm) makes one.

Some people might make remarks (http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=13233) about using :google: (I used it to find the radio) but I don't believe in redirecting people to search engines on a forum ;)

Note that it is FM only (haven't seen an AM one) and it doesn't use the PPC sound system for output. It has it's own headphone jack. They are readily available though, even though the site says coming soon. My local CompUSA has them on the shelf. Might not be labeled Prolink, but they are all the same device.
