When I run a program and then quit it the program it still shows up under the "Programs Running". Is there a way that once you stop running a program for it to take it out of memory completely "Automatically" rather than holding it or part of it in memory. The reason I ask is that if I run a few programs and then run a graphics program "Topo USA" and then quit that program some of the same information stayes on the screen. I understand I can go in and say stop all programs etc but that is a little pain.

When you press the 'X' button on the PocketPC it ONLY MINIMIZES the program it does NOT CLOSE it. To get this functionality you need to use: Magic Button, GigaBar, WisBar, IcBar (http://icbar.ictinus.com/), or a plethoria of other programs that turn the 'X' into a TRUE CLOSE BUTTON.
There are a number of threads on this site about this topic. I currently use IcBar (http://icbar.ictinus.com/), but have also tried Magic Button and GigaBar. Any of the above mentioned programs are useful.
