File Explorer

I have an HP 5550. When using file explorer, I can only get a couple of letters typed into the "find" line before the screen reverts to the start up screen. It does this all the time; any views out there?

My 5555 doesn't do that. Back it up, hard reset, and see if it still does it. If not, I'd start reinstalling apps one by one.

Not to sound like a support cop out, but I would have to say a hard reset as well. Is File Explorer the only app this is happening with? What are some of the apps you have installed on you ppc? Did it always do this or just start recently? Boy, now I do sound like support :?
