View Full Version : Do I really have to spend $50 for tab stops?

The features offered by Pocket Word meet almost all of my meager WP needs (except for the occasional simple table), with one very annoying exception. The fixed tab stops in Pocket Word don't line up properly with WinWord, so the tabs always get out of whack when the doc syncs. Needless to say, Textmaker doesn't have this problem, but $50 is a lot for tab stops and a table now and then. Does anyone know how to adjust the tabs on the PC side to match up?

Have you tried creating a template in PC Word and transferring it to your Pocket PC?
Check the activesync rules for transferring files. You'll see an option to convert templates and files. Maybe play with this a bit - convert, don't convert, etc.

Too late, bought TextMaker. I will try this, though.
