With my 221x, I can sync and see calendar, contacts, and emails, but I cannot open the emails.

Other stuff is OK.

When I click an email, some lines seem to be moving and opening but then it just quits and I am looking at the list of emailsas if I did not do anything. No lockup, butn no opened email either.

And I can select them and even delete them, but I can't open them.

Ideas?

Hmmm...

Do you have it set up to download message headers only???

Thanks for the suggestions Steve. How do I check that?

Sounds good but I don't know how to check that Steve.

Inbox, tools, options...

Click on a service... I think the fourth screen has a pull-down that can be changed for "Get a full copy of messages" instead of "Get message headers only"...

So I can't go to (Oulook?) inbox, but I do have a filter page in Pylon/Lotus Notes and it does not say anything about headers only there.

Am I looking in the right place?

You need to look in the Pocket PC Inbox...

I went there as far as options but my tabs below are Accounts, message, address, storage...did not see anything on any of these tabs about headers only.

Try going into accounts, and checking the settings there...(sorry, doing this from memory - but I must be thinking of the older version of Inbox)...

Seems a place for me to set up an accout but for now I am only syncing and that part "looks" OK.

I use the Pylon configuration that is inside of Lotus notes so that is where my Inbox setting would be.

When I click on Inbox in activesync options, it doesn't even let me look there.

Hmmm...

Alright, well we may want to start a new thread. For the topic use: Help with Pylon and ActiveSync Inbox (or something similar to that...

Sorry I couldn't be of more help...
