I've read somewhere in net that we can take the 40% battery advisor.
How can i do this?

You can regulate when the battery warning will show up. Go here:
Start -> Settings -> System tab -> Battery -> Option tab
Just use the slider to set it at the percentage you want the warning to show up. This works on my Toshiba.

I've a Qtek 1010 (AKA XDA). There isn't that option!
When i read it wasn't nothing like going to settings and stuff like that!
Any help?
