I have gone through several posts to see if any one else has experienced this problem but I haven't seen another one like it. I have a ipaq 3765 that comes up and still works with the stylus. The problem is that there is
lot of small bars going down the screen that interfere with text and sometimes with operation with the stylus. This problem sometimes looks better when it's shut off and turn back on. My question is should I replace the motherboard or screen since it still works to a point. I have already tried a soft/hard reset. Any help would be appreciated.
