grey screen on e550g (genio)

hi
for some reason when i turn the genio on
i only have a grey screen.tried soft and hard reset with no luck.
i have upgraded the rom to the latest version a few days ago but
it work great for 2-3 days so i dont think thats the reason....
when i place it in the cradle it sync well with activesync....
is my screen ruined?does any1 have idea what should i do?

I've got the same thing happening to my Genio. Did you get any feedback or find the solution?
