Most of the time, we all use these forums to vent about a raw deal we have received from software developers/companies...

I would just like to say "kudos" to the following companies (in no particular order):

Conduits (http://www.conduits.com)
Applian (www.applian.com)
ThumbsUpSoft (www.thumbsupsoft.com)
Laridian (www.laridian.com)
Ilium (http://www.iliumsoft.com)

All replied to my request for new keys for my software within 24 hours (quite a bit less than that, actually)...

I love it when the developers stick by both their product, and their customers...

Ilium allowed me to switch from ListPro for Palm to ListPro for Pocket PC free of charge when I switched back to the side of Light a couple years back. ;) I'd purchased ListPro for the Palm about a month earlier. Astraware (http://www.astraware.com/) did the same thing for Bejeweled/Diamond Mine. No questions asked by either company.

I also noticed you in the ThumbsUp! discussion forum when Pocket TV Listings (http://ptvl.thumbsupsoft.com/) had problems recently. The developer deserves kudos for releasing a couple beta versions of the software to try to work around the problems with TV Guide's site.

You're right, Steve... people are always quick to complain about poor customer service, bad products, etc., but you rarely hear about the good ones. Great idea for a thread!

You beat me to it! I agree 100%. I think Alex has the best support going.

I've also had good support from TwoPeaks and Ilium.
