Well, it's been quite a while since the H5555 came up and nobody has a comprehensive review of the device...
I cannot understand it, since we are talking about the High End model of HP...
I own the device since mid July and I am pretty happy with it. My previous device was a 3970 upgraded to WM2003 (a great device)
The things I really like about the H5555 are

* Wifi and Bluetooth integrated to one device
* The Fingerprint Recognition is great
* The Removable Battery is GREAT!!!
* The Display is also very good (the 3970 has a better display though)
* 128MB RAM internally? Cannot live without it...

It seems that when things work like they should no one talks about it. I've had my 5555 for over a month now and I haven't had to do a soft reset with the exception of using pocket mvp. The 5555 is just a great unit and I guess it's not worthy of a review

Well, that is certainly a very interesting point of view!!! If the device is great, then it deserves a little publicity!!!

Thanks for the link Deus!!! I have never heard of this site!!!
Isn't it strange that neither from the big PPC Web Sites have reviewed it?

The biggest problem is that very few vendors will provide a Pocket PC review unit to reviewers unless they work for the more "mainstream" media like C|Net, PC World, Pocket PC Magazine, etc. They just don't get that the exposure on sites such as this one is often far more important because they have tens of thousands of people who visit the site everyday who already love this stuff and just want to know why they should go out and upgrade! In many cases, reviews of actual Pocket PCs are done by people who have bought the unit themselves.

It seems to me that all these OEMs do not know their business very well...

Ours is in process and will be up soon. Also, just added one over at www.pdareviewspot.com. It's the latest from Infosync. I think the biggest problem is it's so expensive. So for sites like ours that buy all the units, it can be a tough deal to swing.

I think one of the major reasons you haven't seen many reviews for the 5555 is that it is the same device as the 5455 and 5450. The only difference is 128 meg of ram and pocket pc 2003.

...and doesn't have a consumer-grade IR
Still I believe we should see more reviews
