Proably one of the best is Worldmate by Mobimate.

It not only gives you time zones but currency conversions and a list for you to use so that you don't leave anything behind.

An excellent prgram that you will use over and over.

Yes, the built-in clock application keeps track of two different timezones: Home and Visiting. Configure the Visiting entry for Australia and when there make it the active time by selecting the Visiting radio button. Your home Time Zone is still displayed. Job accomplished, cost $ 0.00!

I was going to ask why the Clock settings applet wouldn't work, too.

If you want something cooler, I use Conduits' Pocket Watch (http://conduits.com/products/watch). It was the first program (and one of the few) that I've actually paid for on my Pocket PC.

WorldMate does more, but costs $30 compared to Pocket Watch's price of $15. Pocket Watch also allows 16 time settings.
