Media Player stopped loading.

Hello Everyone,

I'm new here - I've recently bought an O2 XDA which runs Pocket PC Phone Edition.

In the last few days something strange has just happenned, and I have no idea where to ask for support so I thought I'd post here. I hope that's okay.

Basically, out of the blue (and for no reason I could figure) Windows Media Player just stopped loading. When you either run it, or click on an MP3 file - you can see it sort of loading up, and then before the window actually appears it just quits. The process isn't running.

I've tried applying the Media Player update from the MS site, but it makes no difference.

It's running PPC Phone Edition 2002.

Does anyone have any idea how I could fix this?

Thank you, it seems like that is the problem. I too installed Resco Audio Recorder to try it out.

I will have a fiddle and see if I can get it going again.
