Transcriber

I'm using a 3970 with pocket pc 2002. Transcriber has stopped recognizing letters properly. It was ok, but just stopped working all of a sudden.

Can anyone help me with this problem?

If a soft reset doesn't help, I'd say something has become corrupt and you need to reinstall Transcriber. Your settings and option preferences should all be okay, because they're stored on your PC.

The other thing is to look at the arrow all the way to the left in the little transcriber bar. That arrow tells you which way the software thinks is "up" for your handwriting. You can tap it to change the direction.
