CF, Case AND and an Extended Battery w/5550

Okay... I am desperate - I need CF capabilities, an extended battery and all that to fit in an attractive leather case... I have considered the Whitney Krussel case, but cannot determine if a battery will work with it? I have also considered the Pielframa case that claims to fit the Ipaq 5550 and the CF Sleeve, but cannot determine if that case fits the CF Plus sleeve that has the extended battery...

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
