Sync disaster! Help please!

Following a hard reboot of my XDA I did a sync to get my data back and somehow managed to get it the wrong way :(

It appears to have wiped all the info from Outlook rather than copy it to the XDA. This is a major problem.

Does anyone know of a way back from this? I've had a scan through the archives and didn't find anything there . . .

Any help would be very much appreciated!

If you are using outlook on an exchange server then your LAN admins should be able as restore from backups.

If you are at home then you'll need to have a backup of your outlook pst file

The problem is that you wrote the deletions to your outlook file. It you had deleted the pst file you could have used an undelete utility to restore it.

Sorry, but I don't know of any other advice to offer.
