Set Avantgo to sync only at certain intervals?

Is it possible to somehow set activesync up so that avantgo will only sync every 2 hours or such?

Otherwise, if I leave the pda plugged in in the living room, w/ wifi active, avantgo syncs every few minutes, and before long I've exceeded my sync limit. Any way to do this? I don't want to have to remember to manually sync avantgo each day or every few hours, but I'd like to have it sync less often.

You go into the Avantgo preferences (http://www.avantgo.com) - My Device - click on any of your channels and set your channels to sync on every few hrs or once a day.

not really as it wont prevent his sync limit. Set AS to sync manually i guess so you click the SYNC button when you want it to sync. Settings the channels in AvantGo wont make a difference as it'll still sync but only sync old info since his channels weren't updated. So go to options and change it from "continuously" to "manually" and when you want to sync you have to click the "sync" button on AS or your PocketPC

So, no way to keep an automatic sync, but less often. :(

Perhaps this is something that MS should consider adding to AS 3.8... the ability to set any of the sync items to sync at most every xx minutes/hours/days etc.
