Actually, I believe the program was written in Korea. This page (http://www.projecteam.org/phpwiki/index.php/WinamPAQ) has some more details, version info, etc. Not sure if it's the "official site", though, either.

Wish I knew who the original developer was. I found this on some ftp site somewhere some time ago. "WinamPAQ" was the only thing in english there. I'd always tell people to use it, but they could never seem to find it. :)
