I heard about a Java VM for Pocket PC 2002 from IBM called J9.
Is that true? Is there really a JVM from IBM available for Pocket PC 2002?
Where can I get that? How much does it cost?
thx

Yes!
they're not only offering you a jvm, it's one of the best on the market too!
It appears to be the fastest, when it comes to our trials with graphics (use SWT or be dead). I think you can find it at the websphere website: http://www-3.ibm.com/software/wireless/wsdd/
good luck!

all i had to do is download the free "websphere studio device developer " (WSDD). J9 is included for almost every platform.
And it seems to be free for non-commercial use
(i didn't find out how much it is for commercial use...)
maybe i need a little help with SWT.
I started using MFC (MM Foundation Classes) to create my GUI.
Is SWT an alternative to that?
How do I use it?

I down loaded a java program for maths and stuff, but I couldn't get it to run on the 2003 h22XX even after installing Crme thingum. But when I down loaded and ran the program from IBM j9 thingum, it ran right from there, how do I get it onto my pocket pc now?
Please help
