Does anyone know of a utliity for powering the Socket WiFi card on and off without the need to ejct it when not using it.

I'm running the low power socket card on an iPAQ 2210

TIA

Needless to say I don't have a 2210, or the Socket Wi-Fi card. But if you tap the two arrows in the top of the display, you don't get an option to turn the card off? I know this works on my device. If not then the Socket Wi-Fi card might not support this.

I don't think you can power-off the Socket wlan card. My aunt's using the 2210 with it and I don't see any option available natively in wm2003 that allows you to do that. As well, the Socket wm2003 driver doesn't provide such feature.

Yeah ... that's what I thought. However, I was hopeful that there might be some third party utility for this. I guess I'll have to wait till Socket update their driver to have this functionality
