Help - Would like Bulgarian-English e-Book on PPC

I've tried google but I'm not having much luck. My problem is that I may need to work in Bulgaria shortly - designing structures to divert the Danube.

I'll be working with Bulgarian Engineers and possible Romanian Engineers and therefore I'd like something that'll work on my iPAQ to help me out - i.e. phrase book, dictionarys etc. Anyone got any ideas.

Try using the keywords "PocketPC Bulgarian English Translator" and you will have a whole slew of hits.

There are two that I found of interest:

Found this and the dictionary is free. The viewer however is $14.95 but you can try before you buy.

Problem is I installed and I do not get the Bulgarian Alphabet - Site says you may need a localisation pack. Question is how do I get one!
