Do you want to change the time on the time server or do you want to sync the time server time with your Pocket PC?

vxUtil has a time synchronization function which is a MANUAL function.

Otherwise, ActiveSync can be configured to automatically time synchronize the PocketPC to the desktop each time you synchronize. Open ActiveSync on the desktop and go to Tools -> Options -> Sync Options and check/uncheck the Synchronize mobile device clock upon connecting checkbox as desired. This presumes, of course, the desktop PC is time synchronized to a local network time server or a public time sever on the internet.

CityTime advertises the inclusion of a NTP/SNTP client, but I don't know if it is an automatic function or a manual function...

Over what connection? My question is because of the non-permanent connection nature of the PPC. There were a couple of options posted that can manually go out and query a time server when you have a connection, but having an automatic update would likely result in server not found errors quite often. Are you loking for something that would actually establish a connection (GPRS?) periodically.
