Sending xls file from one PC to my PDA

This might me more of a networking question but... What I want to do create a Excel file on my laptop with a WiFi card and send it directly to my PDA over my WiFi network. I wish to do this because I don't have USB ports on the laptop.

You can do it through activesync connected through wifi. You could put it in a shared folder and browse from your pocketpc using file explorer or resco.
