yeah, forgot the program so this post isn't much help but i know there's one out there.. search the board for a all complete sync solution. It can sync everything but that would take a while tho... might as well you turn on the backup options (only backup what's new) when you activcesync .. and for the SD card just drag and drop the My Documents folder over there to your HD and update it every week or so..

oh yeah, and welcome to PPCT :D

I think it is called MightySync. It should do what you want. The interface on the PC is a little ugly, but the product is functional.

I haven't tinkered with it too much, but Windows Media Player (version 7+) on the desktop should be able to transfer media files (at least) to/from any folder on the desktop end to/from any folder on the Pocket PC.

Other than the suggestions already presented, I'd recommend using a SD/CF card and a USB-based reader on the desktop, as it would be lots quicker than using ActiveSync.

Yes it is Mightysync (http://www.handango.com/PlatformSearch.jsp?siteId=1&jid=1C1874712E43X13XD81B3F67FD91D618&platformId=2&txtSearch=mightysync&optionId=1_2_2). It's 5.95, and although the interface on the pc is ugly, it is a very functional program. I love it. Especially the price.

Now If I could just get laridian pocket bible and a few other programs to store their annotations in the my documents folder on a storage card.
