Problems with CF card!

I have a PNY CF card(64MB) that is corrupted. I believe it was corrupted by my jornada 568. in file explorer it show up as not having any files but if i go into setting/memory/storage card it says that it is completely filled. the only thing i had on the card was music and a back up file. any thing i can do to solve this?

Try formatting it. http://www.cnetx.com/format/ can do it for you, or you can do it in a PCMCIA card adapter in your laptop or in an external card reader.
