i cannot get my ipaq 3630 to connect to my new siemens s55 cell phone via irda. when i put the ipaq in receiver mode, it quickly finds and tries to establish a connection with my phone (message on screen: establishing connection with siemens s55) but nothing happens.
whilst my ppc is doing this, i'm trying to send a picture from the phone to the ppc via irda, but the phone gives me an error message "connection failed"
the same happens if i try to push other data (like contacts etc.) either way
why won't my two gizmos talk to eachothervia irda?
