Just curious if anyone has seen and used the new Tungsten T2. I must say i was quite impressed. I was a bit dissapointed with the 32MB ram but then again, I'm sure somebody out there is doing mem upgrades for Palm. I took time to mess around with one of these devices and I can honestly say that I [gasp] could see myself using this quite a lot. I have some major concerns about going to a Palm OS PDA[Don't think that I will so you can all breath a sigh of relif - I'm not lost yet] , I find myself tirieing of my 5450. I think largely in part to the not so speedy response time on the LCD when compared to the 39xx and the 22xx series. So who out there will fess up and say that they were impressed and who out there will hartily declare thier dissapointments?

any thoughts... from thoughts? :D

I find the T2 to be an incremental step over the T. If the PalmOS is sufficient for you, but you weren't happy with the T's screen or memory, it might be a nice upgrade. Otherwise, it really doesn't change things (the 5450 still has Wi-Fi, expandability, and a file system, for example).

Personally, I think the rumored 320x480 Tungsten is a pretty darn neat piece of hardware, myself, moreso than the T2. Non-soft Graffiti is a non-choice for me anymore (since I like to use a Fitaly SIP instead).

I've seen it, but to go about it is no news to me since Palm OS is familiar for me.

But, unless I buy a 2215 or a 1910, probably I'll upgrade my actual Palm with a T2.
