Hi guys,

How much memory is available in the ROM (ipaq 2215) for us to use and can you install applications on it? (or at least move the application´s folder over to run it from there)

I think it's about 3.8mb to play with. And yes you can install whaever you want there.

On my iPAQ 2215, I did a Start -> Settings -> System -> Memory -> Storage Card.

It lists iPAQ File Store as Total 3.84 MB, In Use 0.09 MB, Free: 3.75 MB.

Being new to PPC, I don't know what is on there right now, but using File Explorer, it looks like the NEVO remote customizations are saved there. I haven't saved anything else there.

I'm new to IPAQ PPC, I also own a Dell Axim.

Is there any way to increase the size of the Ipaq File Store?
Is it the same thing as Built in Memory?
