Help! I clean-installed XP at home, and, because I couldn't find the Product ID for my Outlook2002 from HP, I reinstalled the Outlook2000 that came with my Toshiba e750. Anyway, now all the HTML emails on my e750 are blank! :grumble: Did I miss something in setup?

ActiveSync normally strips the emails of HTML tags but maybe you turned off that in pocketoutlook or something (and maybe it's outlook 2000) and are you using ActiveSync 3.7?
