I know this may be *slightly* off topic  but can subscribers have larger avatars than the normal 75x75 limit? 8O

If it is the profiles folder that I am thinking of (under \windows) it contains a folder called guest (the only profile I have seen.) In this folder is your temporary internet files, cookies, and history. I don't know of any way to add a different profile.
You can move these files to a storage card to save RAM. see http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=15520
