2210 is direct from HP. 2215's are from resellers. Same device.

While they are the same, HP sells the 2215 as a consumer Pocket PC (http://www.shopping.hp.com/cgi-bin/hpdirect/shopping/scripts/product_detail/product_detail_view.jsp?product_code=FA159A%238ZP&cat_level=1&browse_link=true) and the 2210 as a business Pocket PC (http://h10010.www1.hp.com/wwpc/us/en/sm/WF05a/215348-64929-215381-314903-215381-322908.html). for those interested, this applies with most ipaqs.

In the case of the toshibas, a 5 in place of a 0 indicates an Arcsoft image viewing program. They are physically the same unit.
