I have a problem I have an older laptop with a 1.0 USB connection. THe e355 uses a 2.0 USB connection. Is there a workaround for this? Perhaps a usb to serial connector?

As far as I know, 2.0 is backwards compat. with 1.0. So it should work.

From what I understand 2.0 is compatible with USB 1.1 but not the original 1.0.
