Windows Mobile 2003 or Pocket PC 2003????

I just went to the Microsoft Site and they're calling the Windows Mobile 2003 Phone Edition Pocket PC 2003 Phone Edition.

C'mon... Is it Windows Mobile or Pocket PC?

I was under the impression that the official title was "Windows Mobile 2003 for Pocket PC." Most people, however, just call it Pocket PC 2003.
