Reading audio recordings from notes problem

Hi,,

I recorded an interview using my toshiba e310 and now I'm having a problem to read/extract my audio data from the notes. I used notes instead of direct recording b/c I wanted to put some writting under the recording. Now each note has around 4meg and when I try to open it
I see just blank note. there's no audio icon.
Is there any way how to extract the audio?

is there's anyone who could possibly have the same problem?
