Does anyone have any experience with Panasonic sd cards? I'm considering getting the 256mb version.

Historically, they've gotten pretty good praise from others, especially compared to SanDisk, PQI, Lexar, etc. The general feeling is since Panasonic invented (jointly, I know) the thing, they should know how to build them. Indeed, it's true. That's why I'm going to buy one soon without reservation.

I have several 256 SD cards from sandisk, panasonic, viking and lexar. And I must say that the panasonic is the best performer among them all. In my axim, minolta dimage F300, mp3 player, etc.

Who invented Compact Flash?

Panasonic cards are better than Lexar's?

Compact flash is invented by sandisk.

Yes, I think panasonic is better than lexar, but that is based on personal experience.
