I set up an email account at T-Mobile for my cell phone - it is
[email protected]. I can't find now how to access it on the web site for anything. I can still email to that address and it goes to my cell phone, but I need to get back to the web page. Of course when I did it it was VoiceStream, so none of the web pages are what they were nearly a year ago. Clues? :duh:

I believe you have to sign into your "My T-Mobile" page, which is located on the top menu on the T-Mobile main site (www.t-mobile.com).

I have the same problem, even after logging in on Tmo's main page I can't locate the page to modify my email account.
Clueless.

After logging into your My TMobile page, go to the Communication page and then click on Access My Email. I just tried it and it shows all my POP accounts that I have setup on my account.
You should also be able to get to this page by going to the t-zones settings page and clicking on the My Email tab.
Is this what you were looking for?

No, those are POP accounts you set up to become accessable with your phone. This is an email account that I was given by VoiceStream. They were in the middle of transition, so had already changed the domain to @tmomail.net. It only had a web interface.
This was handy for non-GPRS users because you could set up any GSM/SMS phone to receive emails by giveing out your @tmomail.net account and just telling the person that they could only type in 100 characters or so for the message. the email subject and header wiped out the other 60 or so.

Well, I called Tmo's customer service and they don't have a clue what I am talking about. I would like to re-assign that email to a different number. Anyone have any ideas? I will check some other boards and report back.

Ed,
I figured you weren't asking for the easy question. I used to be able to access this web-based email when I had a Sidekick, but can't figure it out on their new site.
If you go to the Communication tab and then click on See Two-Way Messaging you will be taken to another page where you can change your phone's email address using a link in the left column. I changed mine from my number to something easier to remember. I would think I could access this account from the web, but it appears that you cannot do so.
It looks like T-Mobile did away with this feauture and may not even know about it yet.

It's possible that they removed the webmail interface when they transitioned MyVoicestream to My T-Mobile. The only way I've used my voicestream.net (now tmomail.net) account is as an email-to-SMS gateway, appearing only on my phone, and that's it.

Ahhh... thanks. I am 99% certian I could check email on the web this way last year. I haven't needed to in quite some time. I think T-Mo did do away with it, but at least I know the feature is still there to a limited extent. Thanks!
