Hi All

here is my dilemma... after keeping my palm 3e on life support for as long as possible, it has finally done as much as it can. So after doing some research, i took the plunge and ordered the 2210.

I want to know what's the best way to transfer the contacts, and calendar to the ipaq, keep in mind that I do not have pocket mirror

Thanks

Did you sync your palm with Outlook or with Palm Desktop? If you sync you palm with Outlook when you set up your 2215 it will sync your contacts and other information stored in outlook with your new ipaq.

That is correct, it is the easiest way to do it, hopefully you were using outlook. I have run two pda's at the same time on the same laptop, and because it was in outlook it was easy to sync them both.

I had the same problem when I changed from my Palm to PPC.
What I did was borrow the Palm CD from someone I know. The Palm CDs happen to have Pocket Mirror on them. (You don't get it if you download from Palm's site).

Once you have PM installed synch to Outlook and you are in good shape.

Hopefully you have a friend who will loan you the CD.
