X-rays hurting Flash memory?

This might be a stupid question, but I am planning to fly soon so.... Being somewhat new to flash memory ( SD cards), I was wondering if x-rays damage any data on those cards. Probably not, but I just want to make sure before I go. I just want to make sure the examination machines won't rearrange any data by chance. I know, dumb question, but someone has to ask them! Never has mine, or any one that has responded to similar questions in the past. My PPC(s) normally are in the briefcase or eVest that goes through the xray when I travel. I generally have an extra flash card or two in the checked luggage as well.
