I don't know if its just me, but there is defiantly something going on. Im not too sure but it seems to be the bluetooth that is messing it up. I bought my new 2215...which i love very much. I just got it upgraded from my 3970 ( which till this day i still think it the most rock solid ppc on the market.) But any who....on the first say i had to hard reset it because it froze while closing out contacts. After that it just seemed to keep freezing up. I kept playing with it and it looks as though its the bluetooth. When ever the radio is on or in use it freezes if i open certain apps, or turn off the ipaq and turn it back on. And just now when i put the ipaq on the cradle, it just soft reset in the cradle...which just pissed me off!!!! I don't know why this is happening, or if im the only one but something needs to be done!!!! Has any one else been going through this???

You have problems - and automatically asume it is WM2003? Or at least the BT implementation on WM2003? I can assure you it isn't. As a major BT user with a 2210 I've not seen a single example of what has been happening to you.

Therefore - either you have a third-party software issue or faulty hardware.

Which apps are you opening when the freezes happen? What do you have running in the background or on start-up?

Contacts, calendar the Internet explorer and my aol.

Looking at this logically - the only potential software issue would be the AOL (the only non built-in app). A quick search reveals people have been using AOL on 2210/15 units without apprent problems. Therefore you problem is most likely a hardware issue - most probably a faulty BT radio.

you bought it online or at a store? if it's a store just replace it and get a new one! Some places will send you one first then you put your Ipaq in the box and drop it off at the post office.
